Hi , I am Filiz Aytas. I came from Turkey 19 years ago with a dream to do something , I am a mother of 3 beautiful kids, I love to bake and make something new. 4 Years ago I was working in a cafe located in Morristown. It was a good learning experience and made me gain enough confidence to start my own cafe. Right after that in 2023 I started Baklava Cafe with a dream to convert this into a fine dining restaurant. Currently we are a team of 5 people promising our way to serve the best turkish ambiance and feel in morristown. I am very friendly if you ever wish to ask something never hesitate. Apart from Baking I love to take care of myself , and fitness , so if you do not find me at the cafe I will most probably be found at a Park closeby.
